About NammaTravelAssist
NammaTravelAssist connects people who are already travelling with people seeking assistance for themselves, an elderly parent or another family member on the same route.
Travellers helping travellers
Our service is for families, elderly parents, first-time travellers and others who need a helping hand at the airport or during agreed parts of a journey. Assistance may include finding a terminal or gate, navigating check-in, reasonable help with baggage and support where language is a difficulty.
Human-reviewed introductions
Users and journey information go through our required review process before a connection is arranged. Matching depends on the route, date, flight, transit, assistance needs and traveller availability. We may facilitate a WhatsApp group to help matched users coordinate their journey.
Verification reduces inaccurate information; it does not guarantee a person’s conduct or a match for every request. Read what verification means and our safety rules.

The boundaries of our service
NammaTravelAssist is a connection platform. It is not an airline, travel agency, immigration service or medical/caregiving service. Travellers are independent individuals. Arranged meetings and handovers take place at the relevant airport or official airport-designated area; home pickups and outside-airport transport are not included.
