How travel companion assistance works
Join with your name and WhatsApp number, tell us about the journey, and complete the required review before a traveller connection is arranged.
If you need a companion
- Join in two steps: enter your name and WhatsApp number, then verify the one-time code.
- Choose your route and look for travellers. Provide accurate passenger, airport, date, flight and transit details when requesting help.
- Describe the assistance needed and complete the required verification. Our team reviews the request before introducing users.
- Confirm the agreed assistance, meeting location and communicated charges. Coordinate with the matched traveller through the approved process.
If you are already travelling
Register your journey with accurate flight and transit details. The team reviews your submission. An eligible journey may qualify for a reward for providing agreed assistance; registering a journey does not guarantee a match or payment.
What help can be arranged?
Reasonable assistance can include airport directions, locating gates, check-in guidance, transit support, language help and baggage assistance. Agree on the specific help before travelling. Meetings and handovers must stay within the relevant airport or designated airport area.
This service does not replace airline accessibility assistance, professional care, medical services or immigration advice. Each passenger remains responsible for travel documents and airline requirements.
Fees, rewards and changes
Applicable traveller rewards, service fees and taxes are shown or communicated before the relevant confirmation or transaction. Use the payment process approved by NammaTravelAssist. If a flight or arrangement changes, inform the team and matched user promptly.
Refund eligibility and adjustments depend on the applicable booking conditions and circumstances. Read the full payment and cancellation terms or contact the team before confirming if anything is unclear.
Why traveller details require an account
Traveller listings are available after sign-in to protect personal information. Public route guides explain where to look and what to prepare; they do not publish individual itineraries, identity documents or contact details.
